Vladimír Hlavinka is the owner and Chairman of the Board of the ORGREZ Group, a consortium of technology companies. In addition, he founded ORGREZ ECO with the vision of helping industrial companies transition pragmatically to sustainable business practices, ensuring these practices are both data-driven and economically viable. Vladimír has business experience in many countries around the world, including Canada, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. He also served as Director of the Production Division and as a Member of the Board at ČEZ. He is currently also the Vice-Chairman of the Modern Energy Union.

Martin Jašek is a graduate of the Faculty of International Relations at the Prague University of Economics and Business. He simultaneously completed an M.A. programme in International Trade and the Economics of European Integration (Staffordshire University, RUCA Antwerp, Prague University of Economics and Business). After graduation, he worked at SCA Hygiene Products, where he also held the position of regional controller for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and was briefly responsible for the North American and Canadian regions in San Ramon, USA. He concluded his time at SCA as the Commercial Director of SCA Packaging Czech Republic. From 2008 to 2021, he worked for the ČEZ Group, where he served as Director of Finance and Vice-Chairman of the Board of ÚJV Řež, a.s. Since 2011, he has held the position of Director of Asset Management at ČEZ, a.s Since 2022, he has served as Chairman of the Board at ORGREZ, a.s., contributing to the financial management of both the company and the entire group.

Rostislav Malý is the Sales Director at ORGREZ, specialising in large-scale supply contracts within the OGREZ group. Throughout his career, he has worked in various technical roles, ranging from the design and development of technological processes to conducting measurements, managing strategic projects, and introducing new activities into the company’s portfolio. His current focus is on business and technical activities related to supply projects for flue gas cleaning in energy, chemical, and general industrial processes. He has extensive experience, particularly in various denitrification solutions. He has established partnerships with key players in the flue gas cleaning sector, both in procuring subcontracted supplies and developing relationships with key customers. He is also currently the Managing Director at EVECO Brno, s.r.o., a company that focuses primarily on smaller waste thermal processing and waste-to-energy projects.

Hana Žůrková has extensive experience in all areas of financial management, including acquisition and post-acquisition processes, financial risk assessment, and crisis management.

She has held key managerial positions for many years at ORGREZ, a.s. and ORGREZ Group, a.s., companies operating in the energy market, as well as at the multinational corporation SHERWIN-WILLIAMS, which has branches worldwide. She specialises in ESG, with a particular focus on managing corporate risks and ESG rating methodologies. She is currently the owner of SEMPERA FRIGUSSI, s.r.o., a company focused on healthy living, as well as the owner of the OCTOPUS association, which promotes equal opportunities across society.

Leo Hrubý is an experienced professional in the energy and industrial sectors, with expertise in both nuclear and conventional energy processes, as well as in the manufacturing industry. As the Holder of Procuration at ORGREZ, a.s., he actively contributes to shaping the future of the company and the wider energy sector. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including CEO, Director of Sales, and Director of Production, which have provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the operational, commercial, and managerial aspects of these industries. His experience working in a nuclear power plant equipped him with expertise in ensuring operational excellence, overseeing technological processes, and adhering to strict safety protocols.

He is actively involved in driving positive change and supporting innovation in the energy sector, with a focus on contributing to the development and implementation of sustainable energy solutions.

Jan Krišpín is the CEO and Member of the Board at ORGREZ, a.s. He has long specialised in business development and the preparation of investment projects at the top management level. With his extensive experience and expertise in process engineering, he is able to balance the technological and economic feasibility of a project with its approval in regulatory processes, which today also encompass EU taxonomy and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He applies his multidisciplinary knowledge to educating future generations of process engineers by actively lecturing at Brno University of Technology and leading the technical development of the entire ORGREZ group.
